  • Professional Learning

    Rhiannon will create professional learning tailored to your organizational needs related to embodiment in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practices at individual and systemic levels. In these sessions you can expect time for self-reflection, optional smaller group discussions, and embodiment practices woven into the sessions.

    These can be scheduled as series or as single workshops.

  • Teaming Support

    Rhiannon will provide insightful guidance to your team seeking to build better ways of collaborating. She will support your team in co-creating a space in which you are able to show up as your fuller and more authentic selves, where you can address conflict in a constructive way, and strengthen your overall teaming. This work will require ongoing self-awareness, awareness of systems of oppression, and of both our complicity of maintaining these systems and the harm done to us by these systems.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    In confidential 60 minute sessions, you will have an opportunity to share your current struggles, be deeply listened to, and practice naming your needs for each session. Rhiannon will then offer guidance, suggestions, and additional resources for your continued learning and unlearning journey. Organizational leaders, professors/lecturers, facilitators, and those in unofficial leadership positions within organizations are encouraged to seek this service out.

  • Conflict Engagement Planning

    Conflict is inevitable. Developing responsive plans to engage in conflict before a major conflict is critical. Rhiannon will support your team in understanding the nuances of conflict, including power dynamics, support everyone in deepening their relationship to conflict, and co-create a conflict process plan for your team/organization.

  • Conflict|Healing Sessions

    Working with an outside facilitator can support a balanced approach to navigating an emerged conflict. This could be related to acts of racism, sexism, or other forms of social harm or from the result of other forms of power over/domination that occur across all aspects of society and within organizations. Rhiannon will meet with the harmed parties, gather information, and co-create a course of action that centers the needs of the person harmed while focusing on generative change within the organization. These sessions are also suitable for supporting the processing of group and collective trauma.

  • Curriculum & Policy Audits

    Rhiannon will provide audits of your social emotional learning and mindfulness curriculum and provide feedback and guidance on how to ensure these curricula are centering the impact of oppression.

    Rhiannon will also provide these audits for professional development curricula and for higher education syllabi.

  • Classroom & Pedagogical Consultations

    Observations can be a powerful way to have your practices reflected back to you. Prior to any observations, Rhiannon will meet with you and/or your team to find out what you are working towards. During the observation, Rhiannon will take notes and develop questions to ask you. In the follow-up session(s), areas of strength and suggestions for refining your practices will be offered. There will be time for questions and clarification as well.

Conflict & Reparative Processes

Most organizations have persistent conflict that needs addressing but most of us have not been taught the skills to engage in conflict in a way that centers both boundaries and accountability simultaneously. In order to engage in conflict, we need to examine the systems we are nestled within, identify patterns of power-over resulting in trauma-inducing patterns, and build our capacity to sit with discomfort and complexity.

Rhiannon can support your organization and teams examine current practices that are sustaining inequitable and trauma-inducing environments. Through a collaborative relationship, Rhiannon can support your organization, school district, and teams rethink, reprioritize, and challenge status quo as you build more sustainable and socially just practices.

Facilitation & Educational Pedagogy

Rhiannon has worked as an educational consultant for PreK-12 teams and her dissertation focus was on the development of an engaged pedagogical approach in graduate level coursework. She can support your classroom team or you as an individual in examining your current teaching and facilitation practices (pedagogy) and supporting you in developing a more socially just and emotionally attuned pedagogical approach in your educational setting.
